Day 1

Early morning shared charter flight from Arusha to Mahale.
You’ll be transferred by Dhow boat from Mahale Airstrip to the Camp – 1½ hours.
Lunch at the lodge. Afternoon chimpanzee trekking.
Evening sundowners on the beach
Dinner and overnight at Kungwe Beach Lodge.

Day 2

Breakfast at the lodge. Depart for Chimpanzee trekking.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon at leisure. Evenning Sundowners on the beach.
Dinner and overnight at Kungwe Beach Lodge.

Day 3

Breakfast at the lodge. Depart for Chimpanzee trekking.
Return to the lodge for lunch.
Afternoon at leisure. Evenning Sundowners on the beach.
Dinner and overnight at Kungwe Beach Lodge.

Day 4

Breakfast at the lodge.
Morning transfer by Dhow boat to Mahale Airstrip  – 1½ hours.
Depart with shared charter flight to Arusha with packed lunch.

OPTIONAL / ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Boat Safari and Fishing Excursions or Snorkelling / Kayak trips
Additional activities are optional and are usually conducted after lunch or late afternoons.
Fishing excursions should be pre-booked and are at an additional cost.
